Partnering for Social & Emotional Support

At Virginia Montessori Academy, we believe that nurturing a child’s social and emotional well-being is just as essential as supporting their academic growth. To strengthen our ability to guide children and families in these areas, we are proud to partner with Early Childhood Partners in Practice, LLC, a team of licensed child therapists and early childhood specialists.

​

This partnership allows us to connect families with trusted professionals who offer counseling, play therapy, and developmental support. With parent permission, their specialists may also collaborate with our staff to provide consistency between home and school. In addition, Early Childhood Partners in Practice will be offering professional development trainings for our teachers and assisting with Parent Education Nights, helping families and educators work together to support each child’s emotional and social growth.
